If you've encountered any call quality issue such as (echo, delay, static, noise, disconnection or complete silence) please try calling -if possible- from a different phone number and during different hours of the day to increase your chances of connecting. If this works it just was a temporary issue.
If you've already done this and the call quality does not improve at all we have 2 alternatives:
1- Offer you a different calling card as a replacement for you to place your calls as soon as possible. Once you have chosen the best calling card for you, or if you rather prefer us to recommend you a brand new one contact us HERE
2- Contact calling card's technical support and initiate a claim for the quality issue. They should be able to inform us where the problem is and give us some alternatives to avoid these type of quality issues during calls.
So we can assist you with the problem you are experiencing, we need you to send us the following information:
1. Access number dialed
2. Origination number
3. Destination number
4. Error message received or detailed description of the encountered problem.
